Cora Lau
劉美娟女士現於美國阿蘭特大學加州心理學專業學院(California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) Alliant International University) 修讀臨床心理學博士課程。劉女士曾接受多種不同治療訓練，包括家庭治療、敍事治療 (Narrative Therapy) 及生涯治療 (Career Counseling) 等。她本身是註冊社會工作者，主要致力於個人、家庭及生涯輔導，尤其對輔導行為有問題的青少年、精神及情緒困擾等個案有豐富的經驗，並曾多次帶領成長小組、單親家長小組及抑鬱症人士支援小組等。此外，劉女士亦曾擔任精神健康計劃隊長，負責加強公眾認識精神健康的重要。她亦曾兼任有線電視節目主持，主要分享與子女溝通及健康生活的節目。劉女士現於拉法基金會接受葛琳卡博士之督導，接受為期一年的個人及小組輔導實習。
Ms Cora LAU is currently studying a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) organized by the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) Alliant International University. She has received various kinds of training, ranging from Family therapy and Narrative Therapy to Career counseling. As a registered social worker, she has rich experience in individual and family counseling, having worked on people with mental and emotional problems, and adolescents with conduct and behavioral problems. She has led support groups for individuals with depression, and for single-parents, and run growth groups for the needy. She was once a Mental Health Project Leader with a mission to enhance the public awareness of the importance of mental health, and a program facilitator hosting parenting and health programs on Cable TV. In the meantime, she is currently working as Intern Counselor for Rapha under the supervision of Dr. Kot.
