Malaysia Short-Term Mission Service 2015 (July 29 – August 7)

Urgent Recruitment: Group Leaders, Companions, and Volunteers

Dear pastors, ministry leaders, Rapha Foundation course participants, group leaders, companions, and supporters, we thank God for His provision, enabling the Rapha Foundation to continue serving Chinese communities in Malaysia. Led personally by Dr. Kot, the team will depart from July 29 to August 7, 2015, to provide training for local Chinese brothers and sisters.

We are in urgent need of group leaders, companions, and volunteers to participate. You are warmly invited to join this service. This is an opportunity to share what you have learned and experienced in class with local participants, and to put your learning into practice—bringing God’s love and acceptance to them, so that they may experience emotional healing and their lives be built up.

Due to recent airline incidents involving Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia, flight availability is limited and requires early booking to avoid rising costs. Those who feel called to join are requested to submit the “Malaysia Volunteer Recruitment Application Form and Liability Waiver 2015” by Tuesday, June 30, together with the registration fee to confirm participation. Airfare estimates are based on two-person travel; individual travel schedules may incur additional charges.

Purpose:
To help local believers, pastors, and seminarians understand their emotional processes, and to more appropriately accept, express, transform, and manage their emotions.

Local believers, pastors, and seminarians

Eligibility:
Christians (priority given to those who have completed Rapha courses or speak Mandarin)

Note:
A travel document with at least 6 months validity is required

Option 1
Dates: July 29 – August 7, 2015
(Includes Level 1, 3A1, 3A2, and 3B2)

Fee: HKD 7,500
(Includes accommodation [church dormitory or twin-share hotel], transport, meals, and subsidies for participants in financial need)
(Participants from North America must cover airfare separately; base fee: CAD 650)

Dates: July 29 – August 3, 2015
(Includes Level 1, 3A2, and 3B2)
Fee: HKD 5,600
(Includes hotel accommodation, transport, meals, and subsidies)
(North America participants: CAD 430)

Option 3
Dates: August 2 – August 7, 2015
(Includes Level and 3A1)
Fee: HKD 6,100
(Includes accommodation, transport, meals, and subsidies)

Recruitment: Group Leaders, Companions, and Volunteers

We thank God for His provision, enabling the Rapha Foundation to continue serving Chinese communities in Malaysia. Led personally by Dr. Kot, the team will depart from March 15 to March 23, 2015, to provide training for local Chinese brothers and sisters.

We are in urgent need of group leaders, companions, and volunteers. You are warmly invited to join this service—sharing what you have learned and experienced, and bringing God’s love and acceptance so that others may experience emotional healing and life transformation.

Due to limited flight availability, applicants are requested to submit the application form and liability waiver by Saturday, January 31, together with the registration fee.

After submitting the application, participants will receive a donation form. You are encouraged to share your vision and calling with friends, family, and fellow believers, and to invite support through prayer or financial giving.
