Malaysia Short-Term Mission
Recruiting: Companions and Volunteers
July 26 – August 1, 2017
We thank God for His provision. The Rapha Foundation, in partnership with Glad Tidings Assembly of God (Petaling Jaya), is co-organizing a “Level 1 Focusing Intensive Course” to provide training for local Chinese brothers and sisters. You are warmly invited to participate in this experience, bringing God’s love and healing to the community. We also encourage you to invite friends around you to support this mission through financial giving and prayer.
Due to limited flight availability and fluctuating airfare prices, those who feel called to participate are encouraged to register as soon as possible to secure seats.
Location: Glad Tidings Assembly of God, Petaling Jaya
Dates: July 26 – August 1, 2017
Purpose:
To help local believers, pastors, and seminarians understand their emotional processes, and to appropriately accept, express, transform, and manage their emotions.
Participants Served:
Local believers, pastors, and seminarians
Eligibility:
Christians (those who have taken Rapha courses or speak Mandarin are preferred)
Note:
A travel document with at least 6 months validity is required

Fees:
Departure from Hong Kong: HKD 4,800
Departure from North America or Malaysia: USD 380 (airfare not included)
The fee includes:
Accommodation, local transportation, Cathay Pacific round-trip airfare (fixed schedule, Hong Kong departures only), meals, and subsidies for participants, companions, and group leaders with financial needs.
If travel dates or times need to be arranged separately, additional charges may apply.

Paris Short-Term Mission

We thank the Lord for He is opening wide doors for our ministry in Malaysia. During our recent short-term mission trips, we experienced much grace. We witnessed the deep hunger of our brothers and sisters in Malaysia, and under God’s leadership, a strong foundation has been laid for the development of the local ministry.
We will soon have our fourth-quarter short-term mission. This time, once again, Dr. Kot will personally lead the team, and you are warmly invited to come and serve together.
Location: Ipoh Chinese Methodist Church, Ipoh, Malaysia
Purpose:
To help local believers, pastors, and seminarians understand their emotional processes, and to appropriately accept, express, transform, and manage their emotions.

We thank God for His provision, enabling the Rapha Foundation to continue serving Chinese communities in Malaysia. Dr. Kot will personally lead the team to Malaysia from August 7 to August 15, 2016, providing training for local Chinese brothers and sisters.
We are in great need of group leaders, companions, and volunteers to participate. Do you remember moments of self-discovery and healing from past classes? Through this opportunity, you can share what you have learned and experienced with local participants, and put your learning into practice—bringing God’s love and acceptance to them, so that they may experience emotional healing and have their lives built up.

As airfare prices may increase significantly, the listed fees may not fully cover the total cost of this mission.
